The ORLS Headquarters resides in Eastman, Dodge County, Georgia. The local branch of the library is the Dodge County - Murrell Memorial Library.

Eastman is located approximately 150 miles south of Atlanta and 150 miles due west of Savannah. Eastman's population is 6,600. Our county population is 18,990 (1990 Census figures). The area is predominantly rural.

The Library is open six days a week to provide extensive library services to our patrons.
